Menu Marketing started in 1999 in Blue Springs, MO. After having spent 15 years as a food broker representative for another company, Stephanie Lampton started her own food brokerage. Working from her home with just two employees and representing only a few lines, Stephanie used her product knowledge and a well established network to build those lines into success stories and end-user guest satisfaction. Menu Marketing later made two major moves. One to Lee’s Summit, MO which was quickly outgrown and the second to their current location in Independence. This location offers a state of the art demonstration kitchen and meeting rooms for sales and product management.

Capabilities / Specialties

Now being in business for almost 20 years, Menu Marketing is a fast moving food brokerage with an 6 member sales team and 2 customer service specialists. Representing more than 35 food and foodservice related manufacturers, providing a good product and brand mix is very important. Stephanie has been careful to choose products that will stand tall in side-by-side cuttings and choose companies that will stand behind their products with distributor and end-user support
