We moved to Las Vegas in 2002. Butch worked in the Foodservice industry in California as a VP for Sysco Food Services and as a VP representing a major manufacturing company in Portland, OR.
Carolyn worked in Foodservice Management with both Marriott Corporation at Cal State Fullerton and the Guckenheimer Company @ Nike World Headquarters in Portland, OR.
Wanting to take our vast experience within the industry to the next level, we opened a locally owned husband and wife brokerage focusing on sales and marketing within the food service industry in Las Vegas, Southern Nevada and Southern Utah. We have based the company on integrity, loyalty, hard work and the highest quality of customer service.
Over the last 17 years we have developed professional, service orientated relationships with our vendors, distributors and their sales teams to grow our market.

Lynne Goulder – She has extensive background in restaurant, bar & nightclub business, along with Sales & Marketing experience and has spent the last 8 years working for 2 National Food Brokers in the Las Vegas market.
Patrick Simon – Chef Patrick has worked 25 years in the Hospitality, Hotel and Food Service Industries in Las Vegas. He was awarded American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year in 2012. Chef resides on several distinguished boards in the community.
